Having been involved in her own family farm, Victoria brings first hand experience in operating a successful Australian family farm business. She’s passionate about empowering other families from abroad to create a rewarding family farm experience in Australia.

With 20+ years in entrepreneurship and business acceleration, Victoria is dedicated to leveraging her skills to grow and optimise performance of faming ventures. She’s a qualified Board Director (AICD) and a Fellow at the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), who has served as a Board Director, Chair and Board Advisor in various Australian private companies and not-for-profits, with particular passion for Family Business.

Victoria’s qualifications in Commerce (Acc & Fin), Psychotherapy & Counselling, and Negotiation & Conflict Resolution contribute to her unique approach, having made a significant impact on various start-up and scale-up ventures to enhance business performance and stakeholder value. With a global perspective gained from her multicultural family and living and working across Europe, Middle East, and USA, Victoria offers a wealth of diverse operational experience and insight.
